CPS Minimum


We accept projects with a minimum total fee of 500€, with a retail rate of a minimum of 50€ per image.


Payment Terms


We require a 50% upfront payment before starting work on any project. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final delivery of the project (with exceptions in case of delayed corporate transfers)

Wise/wire transfer within 30 days after the delivery of the project (in case of delay in payment Fee 5% for each day of delay is subjected)

Note: if you ignore payment after the completion of the project and do not fulfil your part of the contract, then there will be 2 options to choose from: the next project will be prepaid and 30% more expensive, or we will take motivational measures in the form of a penalty for each day of delay


Payment retainer: Ideal condition for long-term cooperation is a retainer-based contract.


Turnaround Time


Our standard turnaround time for projects is 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of work. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee. If the deadline falls on a Sunday additional fee will be considered.


Initial Instructions


We request that clients provide clear and detailed instructions in their project briefs to avoid back-and-forth communication during the production process.

Note: should you decide to send us a project without technical specifications, we do not bear responsibility for not matching your vision.

We can also provide an option of a zoom-call with our manager for compiling a TOR together with the help of our software for an additional fee of 100 USD/hour.


Revisions


We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions. These revisions can include significant changes that were not previously mentioned in the initial instructions. Any additional revisions beyond the second round will be subject to an additional fee (30% of the rate)









Delivery of Projects: We prefer to deliver projects in whole batches, as this allows for consistent and precise feedback that can be used to make adjustments as needed. Delivering images one at a time can disrupt the production process and reduce efficiency. In the latter option we bear the right to request 50% of the cost on top.









Quality Control: We have a strict quality control process to ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event that a client is not satisfied with the final product, we will work with them to make it right.









Communication: We encourage open and transparent communication. For maximum efficiency, we advise you to direct our managers to the person responsible for the final confirmation on your part to receive the clearest possible instructions. In our turn, we will keep you informed of any delays or issues that may arise and will respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. We are ready to sign an NDA on non-competition in order to minimize distortions when communicating the terms of reference and communicating with decision-makers.









Belated changes in plans: In case in the middle of the process there are changes contradicting the initial ToR, we reserve the right to postpone the deadlines according to the complexity of the implementation, as well as request additional payment.

Additional edits are accepted no later than 3-5  business days from the date of the final delivery of the project, otherwise they will be considered as a new project.

Updates and Changes: These rules and conditions may be updated and changed at any time, and it is the client's responsibility to review them periodically to ensure compliance. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or other appropriate means.
